INGREDIENTS
- 200g Mozzarella Cherry
- 80g L’autentico prosciutto
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- basil leaves
- salt & pepper
- toothpicks/ bamboo sticks
METHOD
- Drain Ghiotti cherry mozzarella and cut into half.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into half.
- Take a toothpick and add: 1/2 slice of prosciutto, mozzarella, basil leaf, tomato.
- Add salt and pepper. Ready to serve!
